Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing services are provided under the direction of a physician. These services are provided in the comfort of your home.

They include:

• Evaluation and coordination of your services
• Medication teaching
• Diabetic teaching
• Dressing change teaching
• Wound care
• Injections
• Disease process teaching

Home Health Aide

If you qualify, you may receive home health aide services if you need assistance with personal care. Services the aide provides will be determined by the nurse in collaboration with your physician and based on your specific needs.

Services include:

• Assisting with mouth and hair care
• Light meal preparation
• Assisting the patient to bathe and dress
• Changing the patient’s bed linens
• Light cleaning of the patient care area

Spiritual Care

We are proud to have available a pastor on staff. We believe that the healing process has much to do with an individuals healing process. If you prefer to have a spiritual leader who better identifies with your spiritual walk, we have associations with leaders of other religions.

Services include:

• A phone call
• A visit from a spiritual leader
• Reading the Bible with you in your home
• Prayer
